If you are looking for a caregiver who is kind, compassionate, organized, and can elicit a laugh from cranky clients (when needed) - hire Mercy. Mercy cared for my 92 year-old father with dementia and complex care needs for 8 months. I can only describe her as an awesome partner in my Dad's care, through his end of life. His home was well-kept, he was always well groomed, and Mercy was completely trusted by our family. Dad was also lovingly cared for by Mercy following a medical crisis requiring care in the adult family home. Mercy was always focused on Dad's well-being, and actively participated in family meetings regarding Dad's ever-changing care plan. I held my Dad's power of attorney during his three years of decline, and worked with several agencies and caregivers. Mercy was simply amazing, and a godsend for our family.
