Becoming a caregiver stemmed from a genuine desire to help adults and seniors maintain their independence and overall well-being. For the past five years, I've provided compassionate support, adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with empathy. I prioritize earning trust when building connections with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method. My skills include managing confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, as well as de-escalating stressful situations. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping.
