I went to school for youth ministry/youth development so I professionally have worked with children, adolescents and their families as a social worker and counselor for over a decade. I also always babysat and volunteered with kids outside of work time.

Merci supported our family (2 kids 1 year old and 4 year old) for 3 years - she was the most wonderful nanny we have ever had. She is an expert with child development, and knows exactly how to help kids navigate through any challenge. She makes every day fun with reading, adventures, and lots of outdoor play time. She also somehow managed to keep our house neat and clean. Our kids adore her and still miss her 4 years later. If she still lived in our state we would hire her instantly!
