Hello all, my name is Mercedes and I've been a caregiver for over 15 years. What started as caring for my own family members quickly became something I truly love and feel called by God to do. I have extensive experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, hospice care, ALS, Parkinson's, cancer, COPD, heart failure, kidney disease, hospice care, bed bound care, stroke, and more. I've worked in skilled nursing facilities as well as many private care clients. I always bring patience, compassion, and reliability to every family I serve. I've had hands-on experience with feeding tubes, colostomy care, catheter insertion and care, wound care, you name it and I've handled it! I recently earned my Associate of Arts degree and am now continuing my education at Midwestern State University, working toward my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My goal is to keep helping others however I can. One day, we will all need somebody.

Mercedes provided excellent care for my mother, who lives with me, after she fell. Very attentive to my mom's needs and so patient. She felt like part of the family right away - my kids love her! But that's not all! Mercedes doesn't believe is sitting around at all. She cleaned and help me with organizing also! She understands the physical and the emotional issues within the family when caring for an elderly parent. She helped all of us and if I could have afforded to hold on to her I would never let go! She truly will be a blessing and huge asset should you hire this professional and compassionate angel!! Highly recommend!
