About Mercedes

My goal is to help families feel confident knowing their children are in safe, loving, and capable hands. I have experience caring for children from newborns to 18+, including two children under the age of two. As a mother, I raised my own child, who is now in college pursuing a career in teaching. I am also a Medical Assistant with approximately five years of healthcare experience, CPR and BLS certified. I recently graduated with my Associate Degree in Psychology and Life Science and plan to continue my education in nursing. I am patient, kind, dependable, and attentive. I enjoy engaging children in fun, age-appropriate activities while maintaining household rules and routines. I respect each family's parenting preferences and communication style and am happy to provide updates throughout the day. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and genuinely love helping others. I look forward to becoming someone your family can trust!
