About Mercedes

Hello, my name is Mercedes, I am 33 years old, CPR and first aid certified. I am looking for an opportunity to work more one on one with children. I have a combined total of eight years of childcare experience. During school, I took one year of early childhood development at the career center. I have three years of experience working at a childcare center mainly working in the infant room but have worked with many other ages ranging from two months to 10 years old. I nannied for a wonderful family for a year and a half until they had to relocate for work. During my time nannying for them, I cared for their child from four months until almost 2 years old. Our days together would include crafts, learning activities, lots outdoor play, serving meals, and laying down for naps. Along with all of my experience, I also have a niece and nephew that I am very hands on with and have been helping take care of for the past six years.
