It's my goal to bring comfort and support to your family. I'm a dedicated caregiver with three years of experience providing respite care, transportation, and home health services. My priority is helping adults and seniors maintain their independence and well-being. I assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and physical activity. I also have experience providing dementia and mobility assistance. I am patient, compassionate, and adapt to changing routines. I incorporate memory care activities and de-escalate stressful situations. I understand the importance of building a connection with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following your preferred communication method. I have some college education, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
