About Mercedes

For the past three years, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, reliable care for pets of all temperaments. My approach centers on your pet's comfort and happiness, treating every animal as if they were my own. I prioritize a safe, stimulating, and consistent routine, whether that means managing high-energy breeds through active play or helping a shy pet slowly come out of their shell. I maintain a clean, secure environment and remain vigilant for any signs of distress. Should an unexpected situation arise, I stay calm, prioritize responsible decision-making, and communicate with you immediately. I hold certifications in CPR training and First Aid to ensure your pet is in capable hands. I truly love witnessing the unique quirks that make your pet special. I look forward to building a bond with your companion and ensuring they feel loved while you are away.
