About Merari

I had the pleasure of hiring Merari to care for two lovely 90 yearold patients, one of whom had dementia. Merari not only provided technical expertise and compassionate care, she helped me with the administrative tasks of scheduling 5 caregivers to provide 24 hour care for both patients. . Merari is incredibly diligent. She often covered shifts when others weren't available and sacrificed personal time when faced with patient hospital stays and illness that required unscheduled additional hours. Merari was a trusted member of the family and often joined in during holidays to make sure both of her patients received the needed care when staffing was short. She was hyper vigilant about safety and cleanliness while maintaining a sense of humor and fun for her patients, resulting in improved quality of life. I would hire Merari again without hesitation. Having observed her strong work ethic, her compassion, her technical expertise and her humor over the past 5 years, I can whole heartedly recommend her for any caregiver role that she pursues in the future.
