Hi! My name is Mena, and I have several years of hands-on caregiving experience with both children and older adults. I previously worked as a nanny, where I cared for children by creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while helping with daily routines and activities. In addition to my professional experience, I help care for my nieces and nephews, who live with me, so I'm very familiar with the energy, patience, and flexibility that caring for children requires. I also had the privilege of caring for my grandmother before she passed away.
