About Melonie

Hi there, my name is Melonie and I am an incredibly attentive nanny. For the past few years I have been doing a nanny share with multiple families ages ranging from 2-9 years old. I have a very hands on interactive learning style. It is imperative to keep little hands engaged. We do all sorts of arts and crafts. We made nature wind chimes for father's day. We did a scavenger hunt at the park for all the things we needed to put on it. I do all kinds of science experiments for them (age appropriate of course). I incorporate all sorts of activities and games for language arts, social studies, math, penmanship and more. I don't like relying on screens like video games and TV or phones. I love to get outside and play games and sports or go for walks, bike rides etc. I travel with all of my supplies and games so we are never lacking for creative ways to stay engaged.
