I have worked in the Buffalo Road Respite program for autistic teens and I have worked in Com Hab and in group homes for adults with disabilities through Heritage Christian Services and People, Inc. I have also served for several years at Hillside Family of Agencies as a Youth Peer Specialist and as a Skillbuilder working with teens with mental and behavioral health conditions. I eventually was promoted to the position of Senior Youth Mentor which involved mentoring new employees and providing leadership for the Youth Mentor program.

I have had the privilege of knowing Melody for a good number of years. so it had been such a joy to be able to have her become such a reliable source of care for our children. the kids love her and she clearly loves them. I'm looking forward to the next time she's over and so are my kids.
