About Melody

Aloha! I've been working with children and families since 2004, starting as a nanny and hotel kids camp counselor in Wailea, and later running family support programs through nonprofits across the state. I hold a degree in psychology, an MBA, and currently run the Maui program for Kids Hurt Too Hawai'i, supporting children who've experienced grief or trauma. I'm also a mom to a sweet 5-year-old, so I understand firsthand how valuable trustworthy care (and a little alone time!) can be. Why Me: With 20+ years of experience and a deep background in child development, I offer more than just babysitting, I bring heart, professionalism, and peace of mind. My Style: Playful, calm, and reliable. I bring a creative and nurturing energy into everything: arts & crafts, beach play, storytime, nature walks, and more. I'm CPR/First Aid trained and happy to follow your child's routine. I'll care for your keiki so you can relax and enjoy Maui!!
