I have 21+ years of experience from being the oldest taking care of siblings and cousins, babysitting as a teen, nannying as an adult and as a mother of 3 daughters I've gained the patience and understanding to advocate for a range of needs. I am still in close touch with the last family I worked with and we have play dates with our kids as much as our schedules will allow. She would be happy to speak with you! I feel It is important to have structure and boundaries to create a peaceful comforting environment. I will quickly learn your parenting styles and when in doubt I will always inquire to ensure things are as you see fit.
