As a certified teacher with a graduate degree and five years of experience, I believe every student can thrive with personalized support. My approach focuses on building confidence and a genuine love for learning. I assess learning styles through active listening and varied teaching strategies, including visual aids and hands-on activities. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and celebrating small wins. Communication is key; I provide regular updates to parents to foster a collaborative environment. I am Individualized Education Programs (IEP) trained and available for in-person and online tutoring. Witnessing those "aha!" moments is the most rewarding part of tutoring, and I would love to help your student achieve their goals.
