We were in a real pinch with no family or friends in town available to help with our son while my husband had to go out of town for work and I couldn’t take off work. We found Melody through Care.com. We talked to her on the phone and asked her to come by the house to meet in person and for her to meet our son. She was punctual to our first appointment. While our conversation during our meet and greet was relatively short, I got a sense right away that Melody is a responsible young lady. While my son was shy on the first meeting but shortly after she left he said: “Mom, I think she will be a good sitter”. We decided to hire Melody. She was punctual and if she ran into any issues arriving on time, she communicated ahead of time. I left her instructions and a schedule for my son every day and she followed it. When I asked my son about how he enjoyed his time at home with Melody, he gave me a thumbs up sign and said “give her 5 stars!” His review is the best review!
