After homeschooling my own children and dedicating over three decades to helping children learn in various educational settings, I am eager to provide your family with an alternative to institutional care. I hold a college degree in elementary education with additional coursework in child development and early childhood education. Previous professional/volunteer experiences include; nanny, licensed home daycare, lead/assistant teacher in licensed daycare center, head nursery volunteer, head preschool teacher, K-6 teacher, VBS director/teacher, VP of Topeka, KS area homeschool group. Whether we are exploring quality literature, engaging in physical play, or learning from technology, I focus on creating a supportive and safe environment.
