About Melody

Knowing I can positively influence a child's life is what I love most about caregiving. With over 20 years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, I offer patient, creative, and loving care. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I have some college experience and hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and carpooling. I always follow a parent's preferred communication method and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I have a car and am comfortable with pets, only cats and dogs. I have worked in church nursery for 5+years and volunteered in other childrens ministry for over 20 years. I love creating a fun and nurturing environment, and I hope I can bring my experience to your family.
