About Melody

Hi! My name is Melody and I'm a caring, responsible, and dependable babysitter with several years of experience. I interned a couple of years at a Montessori school, caring for children between the ages of 2 and 12. I also have a background in social services/volunteer work for a nonprofit organization. I assisted staff with quality, compassionate, activity based childcare for 3-10-year-olds while their parents were engaged in a 12 week parenting course. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a great benefit for families interested in language development or multicultural learning. I studied education and social services, so I have a solid background in child development, emotional and behavioral support, and learning strategies.
