About Melody

Nurturing young minds is my greatest joy. With three years of Summer work experience as a teaching assistant and after-care teacher for children grades 1-5. I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. My background includes a college degree (BA in Art Practice from UC Berkeley) and 3 summers of childcare experience. I enjoy making art and being creative. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I always follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I am also happy to help with light housekeeping. Supporting families and watching children blossom is incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family.
