About Melodie

We hired Melodie to provide care for our loved one with dementia, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Instead of approaching the situation with compassion and professionalism, her communication with us was consistently harsh and judgmental. Rather than focusing on solutions, she directed strong criticism toward our family and questioned our care, which added stress during an already difficult time. Her written messages reflected a lack of empathy and respect, which made it clear she was not the right fit for our needs. While we ensured she was compensated for her time, we cannot recommend her services. Families seeking a caregiver deserve patience, kindness, and support, and that was not our experience.
