About Melodie

Hi! My name is Melodie and I am a patient, supportive tutor with a strong academic background in science and writing. I am currently finishing my Associate's degree in Pre-Nursing and will be entering a nursing program next January. I have experience helping students understand challenging subjects by breaking concepts down in a clear, simple way. I can help with subjects like biology, anatomy & physiology, basic math, and writing. I focus on building confidence, study skills, and understanding--not just memorizing. I am very encouraging and work at each student's pace to help them succeed. I am seeking a family who is comfortable with me bringing my 3-month-old daughter. I have worked as a nanny for the past 6 years. I am reliable, organized, and passionate about helping others learn. I would love to support your student and help them feel more confident in school!
