About Melodie

I'd describe my personality as Caring, fun and patient I like working with kids because they allow me to learn more about myself everyday and I love developing personal connections and seeing them grow. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I started looking after my neighbors kids and then in Highschool I studied early education and took the class POET and human growth and development which is where my love for children grew. I then joined my schools leadership club where we would go to elementary schools and walk them through games and fun activities. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, bake/cook, and do fun arts and crafts like friendship bracelet making, water color etc. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient and I am very adaptable and quick thinking. My skills include cooking, I'm pretty good with math so any homework needed and I will be there, and I am also very organized.
