Hi there, I'm Mel! I bring a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to childcare-shaped by my recent years working in Guest Relations at Walt Disney World. In that role, I had the joy of interacting with families from all over the world, handling everything from high-pressure situations to creating calm, happy moments for guests of all ages. My background in hospitality helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, quick problem-solving, and a natural ability to make people feel safe and supported-all of which easily carry over to working with children and families. I'm also happy to help with after-school routines, homework, light housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and cooking. I know how much those everyday tasks can add up, and I'm here to make things a little easier (and more fun!) for your family.
