About Melissa

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Melissa to care for our grandmother. At 94, Grandma is still very independent, capable, and full of personality, so finding someone who could truly support her without taking away that independence was incredibly important to our family. From the very beginning, Melissa has been so kind, patient, attentive, and thoughtful. She takes the time to get to know Grandma—not just her care needs, but the little things that make her happy and make her feel like herself. She treats her with genuine warmth, dignity, and respect, and it is obvious that she truly cares about her. She has also given our family something we didn’t realize how much we needed: peace of mind. We know Grandma is safe, well cared for, and in wonderful hands when we can’t be there. Her communication with our family has been excellent, and she is incredibly observant and proactive when something needs attention. Most importantly, Grandma genuinely enjoys having her around. That means everything to us. Finding someone you can trust with the care of a beloved grandmother is no small thing. We are so grateful to have Melissa as part of Grandma’s care team, and we would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for someone who is not only an excellent caregiver, but a truly caring and compassionate person.
