Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. My goal is to support families by offering dependable care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding a person's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid Training, and provide errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I find joy in helping others live comfortably and with dignity.
