My background includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, errands, and medical management. I also have experience supporting those with dementia. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with a calm approach. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have my Oregon state CNA, CPR and First Aid certifications.
