I Provide attentive support during end-of-life situations, helping maintain comfort, dignity, privacy, and emotional reassurance. Support individuals living with dementia, offering patience, reassurance, structure, and a calm environment. Provide meaningful companionship through conversation, activities, walks, reading, and everyday interaction. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while paying close attention to individual dietary preferences and nutritional needs. Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living as needed. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized living environment through light housekeeping, laundry, and routine cleaning.
