About Melissa

My name is Melissa, and I just finished my Bachelors of Science in English (my major's concentration in creative writing) at Utah Valley University. My husband and I just moved to the St. George area after graduation in May of 2020 (which is home for me). I am looking for work as a nanny as I have realized taking care of children is a better fit for my personality. I have daycare as well as babysitting experience and look forward to adding full-time nannying to the list. At the daycare, I worked with infants up to3 -years-olds primarily. However, I have experience with children of all ages from several opportunities. I've babysat for my aunt and other neighbors since I was 13. I've co-taught church classes to nine to 11-year-olds. I also volunteered with a program to a 13-year-old girl. I enjoy working with children because their imaginations and spirits are so sweet. I love doing many different activities while tending to children.
