About Melissa

I have over 20 years of hands-on caregiving experience, including caring for clients with ALS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, and complex care needs. I am experienced with manual and electric Hoyer lifts, feeding tubes, wound care, medication setup and reminders, personal care, transfers, cough-assist devices, and noninvasive breathing equipment. I have provided long-term care for individual clients for approximately 9 years, 4 years, and 3 years. I have also managed clients' homes and daily needs when family lived out of town, including appointments, groceries, errands, meals, light housekeeping, and family updates. I am dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive, and I treat every client with dignity and respect. I am available for both day and night shifts, and excellent references are available upon request.
