I have known Melissa for 2.5 years as personal caregiver to my 93 year old mother. I am confident in her skills, patience and dedication. She has a warm compassionate nature. She tended to mom's personal needs on all levels of care. Melissa is very familiar with medications and equipment used in the care of seniors. She kept mom's daily progress records as well. Mom and Melissa grew very fond of each other. We were fortunate to have her thoroughly mange all of moms needs in mom's home.
