About Melissa

Hi!! My name is Melissa. I am an elementary school teacher working with children with behavioral needs. I am passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for children of all ages. I am skilled in meal preparation, light house keeping and age appropriate activities. I am CPR, AED, and first aid certified and have a clean background check. Energetic, fun and nurturing I like working with kids because I can positively impacted a child's life by teaching them, nurturing them, and guiding their development. I'm looking for a job that gives me a sense of fulfillment. I started working with kids when I was in my early 20s. In my spare time, I like to raise animals and work outside. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely caring. My skills include patience, empathy and effective communication.
