About Melissa

Hello, my name is Melissa, I have over 20 years of healthcare experience. I have experience with eldercare, terminal illness, disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer's. I believe in providing dignity centered comforting care. I myself was in the hospital for 45 days and almost lost my life in 2019. Because of being in the hospital I learned compassion cannot be taught, a person is born with it, and what it is like to be a patient wanting dignity and comforting care. I not only provide care and companionship, but I am also a certified care coordinator, medical biller, and end of life Doula who provides support during the death and dying process. In addition to providing care I can also assist in finding resources in your area to help with care costs. I believe laughter is one of the best medicines.
