About Melissa

Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. I am a very energetic and positive-minded nursing student. I absolutely love caring for children as well as adults. I am currently in my last week of nursing school. I have a prior dual degree in health sciences and psychology, which I believe has aided in my love for the outdoors and being active, as well as understanding human emotion and behaviors. I have worked in summer camps with children, as a medical assistant in primary care internal medicine for 5 years, as a home caregiver, and as a personal trainer/group exercise coach for 5+ years. I have 7 nieces and nephews (all 7 years of age and under) who I absolutely adore and love being a role model for. I understand the hardships that have been forced upon us this year and am looking to help families adapt by assisting with child care & other necessary needs.
