Melissa has been great with our two children (4 & 2). She's organized, communicates well, friendly, and had lots of input and ideas when we were figuring out how to deal with a super picky eater and toddler who didn't like to follow directions. Melissa was responsible and took care with COVID precautions due to our children being at higher risk during the pandemic. She was upfront with the dates that she had events scheduled in her life, so we could all plan around them months in advance. She gives us daily written reports and pictures of the kids so we know how they've been and about any concerns. She loved bringing new arts and crafts ideas for them, and helped teach them about colors, letters, and phonics. She watches our kids full time, and handles everything from preparing meals (including taking care of allergy concerns), reading, play time, napping, outdoor time, learning time, and even baking with them. Our kids look forward to her coming every day.
