Melissa did an excellent job looking after my multiple pets (cats, reptiles, & cockatiel) while I went on vacation. I selected her specifically because she is experienced with birds and I needed someone willing/able to socialize with my cockatiel (he can be a bit of a handful). She did an excellent job on all accounts! She kept in touch while I was gone and everyone was happy, healthy, clean, and well fed when I returned. She's very detail oriented and asked questions that made it immediately clear that she would be very careful and systematic in her care. This was very comforting because even a relatively minor mistake can become catastrophic when you have both cats and a bird. I will definitely hire her again!
