Melissa is a very kind, dependable and caring individual. She has a great personality and makes an excellent appearance. She is very creative and smart (she completed dental school in Venezuela) and she would certainly find interesting things to do with your child/ children. Upon interviewing her, any parent would feel totally at ease leaving their children with her. She would be interested in a position for the long term--you would not have to worry about her taking the job and leaving in a couple of months. She is very responsible and would be a real asset to any family that would hire her.
