I attended Respiratory Therapy applied science degree program, have 20+ years of extensive skilled caregiving experience, and am passionate caring for others. My job duties include but not limited to: ADL's/instrumental/ bathing/dressing/grooming, continence care, and medication management; engage in board games, memory books, crafts, and companionship. Transporting to appointments/ activities/lunch/ errands, meal preparation, walking, physical therapy/ daily exercise, Other duties include: recording a daily log of vitals/ care notes/and reporting any significant changes I have experience caring for clients in home and hospital: NICU, ICU, emergency room, operating room, Respiratory Therapy Dept. I've cared for patients with Alzheimer's/ Dementia, Diabetics, catheters, Parkinson's, COPD, tracheostomy , NG tube feeding, colostomy care, Hospice, etc. I am CPR/ First Aid trained, fingerprint card, current TB, have a valid driver's license/ clean driving record. .
