I have babysat throughout my life, however I began my nanny work while attending college in 2007. I am currently looking for a position where I can watch your child/ren at my house. I have two daughters of my own, ages 7 and 3. I have worked for 5 different families with children aging in range from 7 weeks to 12-year-olds. I love working and caring for children. I feel there is no greater joy in the world, than watching children grow and learn. Some of my daily tasks while working for these families consist of the following: bottle prep, washing bottles, keeping a consistent nap schedule, working on tummy time, crawling, changing diapers/potty training, driving children to various activities, picking children up from school, assisting with homework, supervising play dates, going to the park or for walks, providing snacks, completing the daily bedtime routine of bath, teeth brushing and stories. Melissa is amazing. She took care of my daughter from the time she was 10 weeks through 22 months. My daughter adored her and I felt so safe and secure knowing she was with Melissa. She put up with my first time mom craziness and would send me several pictures throughout the day. If you have the opportunity to hire her to watch your baby(s), absolutely take it. I'm going to have a very hard time finding someone to fill her shoes.
