About Melissa

Hi! My name is Melissa and I have about three years babysitting experience and am now opening to both babysitting, nannying and tutoring. I am adult and infant CPR and first aid certified, am a non-smoker with reliable transportation and a clean driving record. I also have 2 children of my own (now ages 9 & 11) and have bachelor's and master's degrees in STEM fields. I am good with watching and interacting with up to three kids at a time and I'm good with neurodiverse kids, pets and adults in the home. I am happy to tutor kids in any subject, but I would be most able to cater to diverse learning styles in the areas of reading and writing English and science subjects. I love kids of all ages, am highly communicative with kids and parents and I am very friendly and try to learn everything I need to know to keep parents and kids happy with my service.
