Hi there .. My name is Melissa I have over 25+years of experience. I'm a mother of three boys 20, 18, 16.. I also worked in a daycare setting for 9yrs+++, (worked with infants and toddlers). I'm CPR and first aid certified., I can help with Swimming Supervision and Cooking/Meal Preparation.

Hired her for one day to care for my 2 boys this past summer. They seemed to like her, she did wonderful job caring for both my young boys. She was punctual and I would highly recommend 

Melissa watched our 18MO son over the summer. She is extremely detail-oriented. If you want a caregiver who will give you a full account of that day: food diapers, attitude, blemishes, successes…. This is your gal. She is a hard worker and has been flexible with our odd work hours. She is constantly taking our son to new playgrounds, experiences (zoo, aquarium, bounce house), local libraries, gymnastics, play dates… I could go on and on. It has made this an amazingly fun summer for our son! She has also helped us identify and address some sensory aversions that our son has and has been a wealth of knowledge in getting him to overcome them! She also is great when he has been sick. She gives us updates on temperatures, rashes, fluid intake and medicine given. You will not have to worry about your child in her experienced hands.

We hired Melissa for two evenings of babysitting during our youngest daughter’s wedding weekend. Melissa cared for our oldest daughter’s two little ones — ages 2 and 6 months. Melissa earned rave reviews from her references and lived up to those reviews. She communicated efficiently before and during the weekend. She made it possible for our oldest daughter to enjoy her little sister’s big day and to be present and supportive, knowing that her boys were in very capable hands. We would hire Melissa again in an instant! 

My wife and I hired Melissa to watch our newborn as we were going back to work when our baby was only 4 months old. She was the first person we met and we couldn't have been luckier! Melissa is the dream caregiver- she worked in daycares for 12 years, and over 20 years taking care of kids. She's a consummate professional- not just a caregiver, but with her experience and knowledge of milestones and helping parents with babies, infants, and toddlers, she's basically a private tutor for our baby, and helps us as parents know what to buy for our baby, what she needs for her development, and more. As a consummate professional, she's extremely communicative, easy to work with, very amenable to what we need, and has been an absolute joy to work with. 

I've hesitated writing this review because I don't want the secret to get out about Melissa! She's exactly the person you want to watch your children, and you won't regret it.

Melissa was great with our two-year-old son, watching him in a hotel room while we attended a local family wedding. She asked thoughtful questions before we left and kept us updated throughout the night. We highly recommend her!
