We hired her to be our full time caregiver for our two young children. She was late every day, constantly used her phone, would not help with all agreed upon tasks. She left the baby unsupervised to take a phone call outside. She was not willing to implement a routine. She stated she would not teach the children, only play with them. I would not recommend her as a nanny.
