We've been very lucky to have Melissa as our daughter's regular nanny for three months now, starting right after she turned one. Melissa's warm and engaging personality helped our daughter feel comfortable right away and now she lights up every morning when Melissa gets to our house. We love that Melissa finds ways to support our daughter's excitement for music and has made connections with other neighborhood families to allow her to build friendships and join regular play dates. We also greatly appreciate that Melissa is respectful of our parenting choices and is very communicative. We highly recommend her as a caregiver!
