About Melissa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate and patient. I like working with kids because I get to see each child grow and reach their developmental milestones. I'm looking for a job that I can play a role in a child's growth and development. I started working with kids when I was in high school. After graduating I started to go to college to pursue ECE. I also had a job as a teacher assistant in a daycare center. Since 2000 I have held roles as : teacher/ teacher assistant, upk/ headstart lead teacher . I have worked with children ages 6weeks through school age . I have provided home care for children as well. In my spare time, I like to read books, exercise, listen to music and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate in everything I do . I love helping people especially children / families. I am very outgoing :and I am trustworthy. My skills include patience, compassion and always willing to help others and teach children.
