I have a 4 year degree in Child Development: B-k & my background covers everything from babysitting, lead teacher in a 2-year-old at a five star center, student teaching in a Kindergarten class and Nannying. I absolutely love working with children because of how they view the world. Everything is so fresh and that makes life exciting. After communicating with Melissa on care.com, my husband and I were very excited to invite her and her sweet baby girl to our home to meet our children. Her education, training, and experience with children of all ages were evident right way. She was a natural and seemed so comfortable, confident, and in her element with my children, and they clicked with her right away. She is fun, engaging, attentive, and has an impressive knowledge about safety and childhood development. I was ready to hire Melissa in a heartbeat and the only reason we couldn't was because we couldn't fit all of our car seats in her vehicle. I am immensely jealous of the family who gets to work with Melissa because she is truly one in a million!
