My motto is simple: People are valuable. I have 10+ years of experience supporting children, adults, and seniors with developmental, behavioral, cognitive, and medical needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have experience with autism (verbal and nonverbal), ADHD, developmental disabilities, mobility challenges, feeding tubes, and positive behavior support. In addition to caregiving, I have homeschooled children with autism and provided executive function and life-skills support to help individuals grow in independence and confidence. Families describe me as patient, dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in those I serve. As a mother of five and grandmother of nine, caring for others has been one of life's greatest joys. I am a Christian and seek to love God and others in all that I do.
