About Melissa

I have 10+ years of experience supporting individuals with medical, cognitive, and developmental needs. My background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides specialized skills in behavior support, communication, and person-centered care. As a mother of five grown children and grandmother of eight, caring for others has been one of the greatest joys of my life. My motto is simple: People are valuable! I am experienced with companionship, personal care, dementia and Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's disease, medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation, mobility assistance, G-tube feeding, developmental disabilities, and hospital recovery. I work well with families, physicians, therapists, home health providers, and other caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality care. I am a Christian and seek to love God and others in all that I do. My faith shapes the compassion and respect I bring to every caregiving relationship.
