We have worked with Melissa for 5 months. Melissa took care of our 3 grown up girls (11,9 and 6 yo). Melissa had to handle the difficulty of them not speaking great english at the start. Melissa has been reliable, trustworthy, proactive, punctual and she kept the girls safe involving quite a lot of commuting.
