Melissa has been taking care of my mother five days a week for over four months. My mother has dementia and mood swings and can be challenging to take care of. Melissa has done a superb job of keeping my mom safe and on an even keel, and has treated her like family. She has been her constant companion and kept her on a varied routine of rides, walks and outings. She administers meds, shops and does laundry, and make her meals. My mother sees her as friend. Melissa is also a good communicator. She pays attention to details and always lets me know how my mom is doing. Since I live 2 hours away, it has been very important to me to have complete confidence and trust in people taking care of my mother, and with Melissa, I have that confidence. She is steady, trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend her.
