About Melissa

Hi! I'm Melissa, I'm 24 and I live right outside of downtown Stamford. I have almost 9 years of childcare experience. I've worked with children ranging in ages from 16 months to 10+ years. I've worked as camp counselor, mothers helper, babysitter, assistant teacher and even lead teacher of a toddlers (ages 1-2) classroom. I am a dedicated childcare provider, able to bring educational and developmentally strengthening activities as well as being playful and open to having fun and taking adventures. I'm organized, detail oriented and try to be prepared for anything Something fun to know about me is that I'm also a certified licensed nail technitian! I started doing my own nails when COVID hit and ever since then it'd just a love that's grown. I got my license in Feb. of this year and it's something I'm so proud of. I also really enjoy baking and yoga, and am also slowly getting interested in gardening! Open to discussion of a different schedule for the right fit!!
